One of the leading cheese producers for HoReCa, the Russian company LLC 'Pretchistensky Dairy Product,' was established based on the OJSC 'Pretchistensky Cheese Factory,' which was commissioned in 1957. In the years 2012-2014, after a change in the factory's ownership, a thorough reconstruction took place, involving invited technologists from Italy and Germany.
