Our cheese factory has produced special test samples of mozzarella in 500 g sticks, replacing the usual 2 kg logs.
The standard cheese consumption for a single 30 cm diameter pizza is only 100–150 grams.
 
Thus, one 500 g mini-stick is enough to bake 3–4 pizzas.
 
This amount is perfectly sufficient for the chef to evaluate:

Previously, sampling required opening a 2-kilogram log.
