A new mozzarella production facility has been launched at the Prechistensky Dairy Plant in Pervomaysky District. This is a significant step forward that strengthens our region’s position as one of the leading cheese-making centers in the country.
Total investment in the project amounts to RUB 460 million. These funds were allocated for the construction of modern production facilities and the purchase of equipment. The project has created 30 new jobs, offering new opportunities for local residents, contributing to regional development, and providing additional support to the district’s economy.
The launch of the new facility will nearly double the plant’s production capacity. The enterprise is already one of the leading suppliers of mozzarella to major Russian pizza chains, and the increased output will further solidify this position and enable market expansion.
Over the first eleven months of 2025, the plant produced more than 15,000 tons of cheese products. This is part of a broader trend: today, more than 20 cheese-producing enterprises operate in the region, and their total output has doubled over the past three years. This growth is the result of systematic efforts, investment attraction, implementation of modern projects, and multi-level support for the industry.
