A new laboratory has been opened in St. Petersburg at the company "Interprodukt." The laboratory is equipped with the latest equipment for conducting test formulations of various products using the Uzermak laboratory melting kettle. The kettle has a capacity of 5 liters. The equipment allows for subsequent homogenization, cooling, and vacuum packaging of a wide range of products, such as processed and cream cheeses, pizza cheese, chocolate pastes, jams, and sauces.
The laboratory staff is ready to provide support and offer consultations in the technological process and ingredient selection for testing.
