Natural Mozzarella cheese

The "Mozzarella" cheese, young (not aged), packaged in a stick, with 45% fat content in dry matter, is packed in a vacuum-sealed polymer film. The product is intended for use in culinary dishes with prior heat treatment. The product can be consumed by all population groups (excluding children under 1.5 years and individuals with lactose and milk protein intolerance).
